So, as you may have guessed via the titl, this is an analy on Farm River's WMHB season storms. This is the first edition of this, so we are going to do an analysis on 2007 What-might-have-been Atlantic Hurricane Season (Farm River)! We will discuss which storms seem notable to me, and discuss if the should have been retired or not, and also see if they really peaked at their given intensites. So, without further ado, let's go!

Intensity Changes

Hurricane Dorian

Category 5 hurricane (SSHWS)
Dean Image.jpg Hurricane Dorian (2007).PNG
Duration August 12 – August 25
Peak intensity 200 mph (325 km/h) (1-min)  893 mbar (hPa)
Dorian was found to have peaked at 200/893 instead of the original 190/896.

Unretired Names

Hurricane Hugo

Category 4 hurricane (SSHWS)
Hurricane Floyd (1999) - Peak.jpg Hurricane Hugo (2007).PNG
Duration September 3 – September 10
Peak intensity 140 mph (220 km/h) (1-min)  948 mbar (hPa)
Hugo's damage was approximately 794.2 million, which did not meet the retirement requirements of 1 billion. Also, Hugo only caused 21 deaths, so it was added back to the lists starting 2013.
