Chapsteck4yurlipis - I believe that it is about time I get rollback. I was a late January tropical storm, who quickly strengthened into an STS and soon a usercane. I have not changed in rights status for the last 5 months. Now, for my reasons why I should get rollback besides my activity. First, I am active when most others are not. I commonly visit the HHW Wiki when most are in school or in bed. This can come in useful so I could be able to stop any vandalizers who do this sort of stuff during the inactive days. Second of all, I am used to most wikia features, as I have adminship on another wiki. Lastly, I have not been banned or other such things (also I had been kicked from chat on my second day of HHW and warned for cursing). I hope that I can be able to become a C2 usercane and make 2017 less failicious!
Neutral — I feel like it's just a tad bit early and his activity has been a concern in the past, however he does bring up some good points, with that I'll remain neutral.

Support — I honestly feel Chap deserves the position. His activity has increased recently editing wise, and he is often on chat. I honestly don't think it would be too much to give him this position, and I think he brings up good points as well. I support. - Garfield- Support, however skeptical — I support this since Chap has been a Chat Moderator for over a month, and we don't have any current rollbacks. - Support, however skeptical — Chap has been here for several months now, and has been a chat moderator for quite a while. However, I haven't really seen him use his chat moderator rights much, and his activity has at times been a bit on the low side. - Neutral — Chap is a good and committed user, and I have enormous respect for him, but I'm afraid his activity is somewhat low for a rollback. I also haven't seen him use his rights that much and to me, he hasn't shown his ability to help other users more. This nomination seems quite rushed to me, and it would be best to wait a few weeks to see if Chap's activity would improve. The fact that Chap also mentioned usercanes in here seems quite unnecessary to me, as we don't promote users that want their usercane to be a C2 as soon as possible. I don't think this is a mistake, but clearly it's too early to promote the user. When this user does another request, I might probably support. Regardless, good luck and continue your great contributions to the wiki.
