The European Hurricane Center monitors Hurricanes in Europe. Since they have started forming in Europe, we have monitored them. The season runs all year round. Advisories are released every 2 days.

EUROPEAN STORM WEATHER OUTLOOK EUROPEAN HURRICANE CENTER, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM Sunday, November 6th 2017 10:00 GMT A non tropical low near Norway has unexpectedly intensified into a Tropical Depression. The storm wasn’t even forecast to develop and will probably dissipate in the next few hours.
Tropical Storm Elena has formed out of nowhere off the coast of the U.K. There wasn't even a low pressure system there, making Elena's formation a mystery. Elena has a insanely low pressure of 948 mb, making it a Category 3 pressured tropical storm. Models have it becoming a Category 5, but there's even a chance it could become a Super Hurricane, or a Megacane! Elena is one werid storm, isn't it?
