The 2013 Pacific hurricane season was the first Pacific tropical cyclone season on record to use names from the Atlantic naming lists. The season began on May 15, 2013 (for the Eastern Pacific) and on June 1, 2013 (for the Central Pacific), and it ended on November 30, 2013 for both areas.
