The 2012 Northeast Atlantic Cyclone Season was an event in cyclonic formation in which cyclonic storms form in the northeast Atlantic basin. Most of the storms were tiny lows and disturbances, but two of the storms attained Category 3 strength. All storms should begin in early September and end in December.

Tropical Disturbance Anthony

Anthony formed from the remnants of an Atlantic hurricane, which crossed over and became an European windstorm. Anthony produced €230 million in damage in France, and 10 million in the Jersey islands.
